Alrighty, tonight's the night!!! It looks like it might rain, but
from what I can tell, we should be clear at the site. Although the
road might get a little slippery. If it gets bad we will send out
a notice before 3pm tomorow. But you might want to be prepared, bring
warm clothes.
Now a couple other things to note:
Fire, there will only be one fire pit and if anyone wants to do fire
spining, please see one of the core Straylight people, to confirm
if it's ok, we'll have to see what the ground looks like. Although
usually it's too dry out there for such fun.
Now a word about the road, it's a very windy road all the way down
the coast, then up the mountain, it's a one lane paved road, once
at the top of the mountain the last 4 miles are on a graded dirt road,
but most cars can make it down there just fine, unless your car is
lowered you should be fine.
And finally, this is a LEAVE NO TRACE event, so please don't let any
garbage hit the ground, we will have trash bags arround. Also if you
see anyone drop something ,please ask them to pick it up. Leaving
a trashed party site is the kind of thing that makes it hard to find
more party spots.
